Please read below on what documents you need to obtain and make sure that you can arrive at our shop with the documents.

We recommend that you send us a photos of the driver’s license and the documents you have obtained after booking our activity via chat or e-mail ([email protected]) so that we can double check in advance whether there will be any problems.

If you wish to make a booking for very near dates, you may not have enough time to ask us to double check. In that case, you will need to confirm by yourself at your own responsibility.

TOKYO GO-KART Cancellation Policy only allows you to cancel 7 days prior to your activity time (Japan Standard Time) without cancellation fee.
